Ben works predominantly online, coaching others and providing bespoke fitness, nutrition and mindset support. He specialises in weight loss, fitness, mentality and also runs a children’s football group.

Karen predominantly provides in-person support. She specialising in holistic health and wellbeing and works with individuals of all ages.

Mental Health and Well-being for children & young adults

A highly experienced, compassionate Occupational Therapist with a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling and Psychology in Education. Chris provides specialist, client-centred therapy for children and young adults, collaborating with educational establishments and parents, where appropriate, to promote optimum mental health and wellbeing.
