Louisa is a Lead Occupational Therapist and Breathwork Facilitator specialising in performance optimisation, and the treatment of anxiety and trauma. She has 18-plus years’ experience in clinical practice, is a keen runner and is a highly experienced Clinical Supervisor. Nothing lights Louisa up more than empowering and supporting others to achieve their true, authentic potential and optimum wellbeing.

I empower adults and adolescents to release self-doubt, reconnect with their inner strength and step into the most confident, capable version of themselves; to achieve their true potential.
Heart-led care is at the forefront of my approach and I blend evidence-based, clinical therapies with a grounded, soulful understanding of what it means to be human – to feel deeply, to be challenged, and to evolve.
My work is a journey of transformation and self-discovery, tailored to my clients goals and needs. Drawing upon a diverse therapeutic and coaching toolkit – including Occupational, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, EMDR Psychotherapy, Conscious Connected Breathwork and Coaching – I co-create a safe, nurturing space for clients to rediscover their inner wisdom and enhance their sense of self-worth.
I have a wealth of experiencing in supporting individuals to break free from fear, perfectionism, self-doubt and overwhelm – whether that’s in the classroom, on the field or in the workplace. My clients include students preparing for exams, athletes striving for peak performance and professionals navigating transitions, burnout or imposter syndrome.

Beyond the therapy room
With a background in clinical leadership, supervision, and the education of emerging therapists, I also collaborate with organisations to create bespoke talks or group experiences and soulful, psychologically safe spaces that nurture collective growth and wellbeing. These events are designed to help teams reconnect – with themselves, with each other and with the deeper purpose that allows communities to thrive and flourish. They can include breathwork, mindfulness activities or elements of ecotherapy depending on desires and needs. I also provide training to educational establishments, such as schools, to support around all thing staff and student health and wellbeing.
