About KORE
K.O.R.E. Therapy, an acronym for Kinesthetic Optimum Recovery Enhancement, is an award-winning, innovative approach to holistic healing and rehabilitation. Rooted in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, osteopathy and physiotherapy it focuses on restoring balance and harmony within the body to alleviate pain, improve mobility and enhance overall well-being.
Through a combination of manual techniques, corrective exercises and lifestyle adjustments, K.O.R.E. therapists address the origin of physical discomfort and dysfunction, rather than just treating symptoms. By stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms and promoting self-awareness, K.O.R.E. therapy empowers individuals to take an active role in their recovery process, leading to long-lasting improvements in health and vitality.
Whether addressing chronic conditions, sports injuries or stress-related ailments, it offers a comprehensive and personalised approach to optimising health and restoring wellbeing.

Anmo FU Abdominal Massage & Tongue Diagnosis is an ancient Chinese healing practice that encompasses both physical manipulation and diagnostic assessment techniques. Many factors affect the digestive system including; stress, accidents, operations (scar tissue), worry (twisting and torsions of the bowels), grief, fear, food intolerances etc, causing symptoms such as; reflux, indigestion, bloating, cramps, pain, constipation and diarrhea. Anmo Fu massage focuses specifically on the abdominal region, aiming to improve digestion, alleviate discomfort and promote overall wellness by stimulating the body’s internal organs and energy pathways.
Food Intolerance Testing is a diagnostic tool used to identify specific foods that may be causing adverse reactions within the body. Unlike food allergies, which involve the immune system, food intolerances typically involve difficulty digesting certain foods or components of food, such as lactose or gluten. Food intolerance testing involves muscle testing the food to measure the body’s response to various food substances. Test results help individuals pinpoint trigger foods and make informed dietary choices to alleviate symptoms of discomfort such as bloating or skin issues.
Fire Cupping is a traditional Chinese therapy that involves placing heated glass cups on the skin to create suction. This draws the skin upward into the cups, encouraging blood, nerve and lymphatic flow and stimulating the flow of Qi, or vital energy, throughout the body. It is widely used to treat pain, stiff muscles, trapped nerves, migraines, fatigue, anxiety, asthma, colds, fibromyalgia, digestive issues and more, while improving circulation and promoting relaxation. The temporary marks/colours on the skin are not bruises, but indicators of stagnation of toxins and deficiencies in the body.
Cranial Balancing and Stress Release is a non-invasive-gentle therapy using light touch, aimed at restoring harmony and relaxation to the body and mind. The bones in the skull move subtly, when this is restricted symptoms can arise including; headaches, sinus problems, tinnitus, ear infections, jaw pain, neck ache and lower back pain. Gentle manipulation of the bones of the skull to address the tension patterns in the craniosacral system aims to alleviate stress and promote overall wellbeing. Through subtle adjustments and techniques, cranial balancing can help release blockages, allowing energy flow, improving circulation and inducing a profound sense of calm, balance and increased vitality.
Qi Gong Energy Releases involve gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation practices designed to cultivate and circulate Qi, or life force energy, throughout the body. Through rhythmic movements and focused intention, practitioners aim to release blockages and restore balance within the body’s energy pathways. These practices promote relaxation, vitality and improved overall health by harmonising the flow of Qi within the body.
