Louisa is a Lead Occupational Therapist specialising in performance optimisation, anxiety and trauma. She has 18 plus years experience in clinical practice, is a keen runner and a highly experienced Clinical Supervisor. I empower adults and adolescents to release self-doubt, reconnect with their inner strength and step into the most confident, capable version of themselves; to achieve their true potential – both personally and professionally.
Heart-led care is at the forefront of my approach and I blend evidence-based, clinical therapies with a grounded, soulful understanding of what it means to be human – to feel deeply, to be challenged, and to evolve. My work is a journey of transformation and self-discovery, tailored to my clients goals and needs. Drawing upon a diverse therapeutic and coaching toolkit – including Occupational, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, EMDR Psychotherapy and Coaching – I co-create a safe, nurturing space for clients rediscover their inner wisdom and enhance their sense of self-worth.
I have a wealth of experiencing in supporting individuals to break free from fear, perfectionism, self-doubt and overwhelm – whether that’s in the classroom, on the field or in the workplace. My clients include students preparing for exams, athletes striving for peak performance and professionals navigating transitions, burnout or imposter syndrome.
